Peace of Mind Stretch and Flow
In this class, we warm up with a gentle stretch and movements to help increase range of motion in muscles and joints. We integrate fun kid friendly animal inspired poses into class as well as mini mindful meditations to help ease worries, fears and the anxieties built up from life outside of our practice. This class is Kid friendly, please make sure if you bring a young yogi, they are able to be quiet and respectful, we want everyone to enjoy the benefits of this class!
