Learn More About Corban

Corban is a sweet boy who connects with people easily and is able to readily adapt to new settings. This resilient little guy loves all things athletic including bike riding; swimming; trampoline and water parks; soccer, playing tag, spending the day at the YMCA and playing football or watching his two favorite teams, the Denver Broncos and the Dallas Cowboys. It's not surprising that PE is his favorite subject in school...but don't worry, he also loves Math and works hard to do well in all of his subjects! Corban has his sights set on either joining the Army or playing professional football when he gets older.

Corban has a long list of other interests that might also make him a wonderful fit for your family. Reading non-fiction books about sports legends; watching Star Wars and the Mandalorian movies; playing chess; playing video games; coloring; playing the drums and listening to country music are just a few of the things that he hopes his Forever Family might have in common with him. Corban is a helper at heart and looks for opportunities to help others whenever he can. He reports really enjoying attending church and bible study with his current foster family and is very open to being a part of a family who practices their faith.

Corban's Permanency Team is seeking a family with significant trauma knowledge and ideally a family with experience parenting children who've come from hard places. This special boy has had more than his fair share of grief and loss in his young life and needs a family who is forgiving, consistent, and structured yet really fun! Corban will do best as the only or youngest child in the home, so that he can be sure to get the attention and focus he needs to thrive and achieve everything he is so capable of.  The ideal family for Corban will be capable of being a strong educational advocate for him and will reside in the Treasure Valley area, however his team is open to hearing from families in other parts of Idaho as well. Corban has siblings and needs a family who will remain committed to nurturing and maintaining those important ongoing relationships for him.

We are absolutely positive that the perfect family for this deserving boy is out there and has been waiting for him to come along! If you feel like your family can offer Corban a lifetime full of love, support, understanding and the commitment he needs, we would love to hear from you today!
