Meet Violet, a caring little girl with a big personality! Violet is a very outdoorsy girl who loves to play football; ice skate; swim; ride horses; and play on the swings and slide at the playground. With a great sense of adventure, she has even tried her hand at snow skiing already!
When she’s not being active and burning off all her energy, this sweet girl loves to help out in the kitchen; play with kinetic sand or play dough; read Peppa Pig books; play card games like Go Fish; practice the piano and watch her favorite Alvin and the Chipmunk movies. Violet also enjoys hip-hop dancing and listening to Imagine Dragon’s music. One other especially interesting fact about Violet is that she absolutely loves building and fixing things and plans to become either a carpenter or a mechanic when she grows up!
Violet’s Permanency Team is diligently searching for just the right Forever Family for her. They are ideally interested in finding a home-studied, traditional two-parent family who resides in North Idaho but are open to hearing from others who may not meet this exact criterion. Violet will do best as the only, or at least the youngest, child in the home and really needs a family who has an in-depth, significant understanding of childhood trauma. Parents who have been through TBRI or other formal trauma training could be an especially good fit for her. Caregivers who are genuinely patient and forgiving in nature and who have the ability to approach each new day with a clean slate in their relationship with her will go far in helping Violet to continue to trust, heal and grow. Violet is sure to thrive within a family that understands the importance of keeping her involved in the community supports she benefits from and keeping her connection with her biological siblings.
This strong, resilient girl is sure to bring so much love, fun and adventure to her adoptive family. Please inquire today to learn more about whether your family could be a great fit for Violet!
