This is Alyssa! Friendships are everything to Alyssa. Having close friends to confide in and laugh with are so important to her. Especially friends that she can go to the movies and share ULTRA buttered popcorn with! Alyssa prides herself in being a compassionate friend who is quick to be there for anyone that is struggling and helping them walk through tough times. You could say that she has a heart to serve others and sometimes sacrifice her own needs to put others first. It’s no surprise she wants to one day join the Army; going into a profession that protects those that she loves most.
Alyssa really enjoys dancing and watching movies of professional dancers. She has done cheerleading in the past and really enjoyed the tumbling aspect of it and hopes to get back into it one day. She has also played softball and dabbled on the skateboard here and there. Her biggest passion though…Horses! Taking care of them, riding them, and being near to them is not only therapeutic to her, but something she absolutely loves. It would be a dream come true if her Adoptive Family had horses of their own.
Alyssa would do great in a home with a Mom and a Dad and other siblings. Alyssa has close relationships with family that are important to maintain even after she is adopted.
